| Randall L. Weagley President & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Weagley joined the Gawler Organization in November 2002. His experience spans 20 years having managed firms for both independently and corporately owned establishments, he has been an administrator of funeral homes, crematoriums, and cemeteries throughout his career. Mr. Weagley is a matriculated student of Catonsville Community College’s Mortuary School and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie program; he is licensed as a Mortician/Funeral Director in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Randy also holds a Certificate for Insurance Underwriters with the State of Maryland and is a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner. Mr. Weagley has been recognized for the many pivotal contributions he has provided as a volunteer, to include the Baltimore Washington Chamber of Commerce and Lions Clubs International. Randy has been a recurring guest speaker at Loyola College’s Pastoral Counseling graduate program. Randy currently sits on the Board of Directors at the Sibley Hospital Senior Association Widowed Persons Service. |

| Leah M. Boss Senior Vice President Leah Boss' history with Gawler's began in 1991 as an embalmer. She went on to hold funeral director/counselor and assistant manager positions, before leaving Gawler's in 1999 to manage multiple locations in SCI's Baltimore Cluster. Now full circle, Leah is Gawler's Vice President of Operations. Bringing her intimate knowledge of Gawler's history, Leah is a pivotal member in the Gawler executive team. While attending Ann Arundel Community College and the University of Maryland Baltimore County, studying business and psychology, Leah became interested in the death care industry. She earned her Mortuary Science degree from Catonsville Community College and is a licensed funeral director in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. |
